Job Title : Marketing and Media Senior Manager Location: 1405 Shady Avenue Salary Range : $77,000 to $90,000 Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, hybrid Join our esteemed team The Children’s Institute is seeking an energetic Marketing and Media Senior Manager to join our team of more than 400 professionals who value a compassionate culture and thrive in a creative environment with like-minded smart, strategic thinkers. About the position Among the responsibilities in this forward-looking position are: Developing and implementing marketing strategies across traditional and digital media including our website; monitoring market research and assessments that inform branding; tracking and analyzing KPIs for ongoing optimization; managing SEM and SEO opportunities; overseeing the marketing budget, and acting as project manager and serving as liaison for internal and external marketing partners, including digital and creative agencies. Responsibilities Play an essential role in marketing strategy, planning, and operations to support the Chief Marketing Officer and creative/marketing team. Act as project manager for agency and vendor partners to ensure mutual collaboration, communication, and effectiveness, including external web development and design team. Own the maintenance and optimization of our organization’s website. Manage the marketing/creative team’s new project initiation and prioritization, ensuring the team has what they need to successfully execute projects. Support the Talent Acquisition team by developing talent attraction strategies and plans, then optimizing based on results. Partner with the CMO to develop, oversee, and update the marketing team’s budget, ensuring the best possible ROI and efficient use of resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field is required. Required minimum experience of 7-10 years in marketing and communications, or in an ad agency environment. Demonstrated success in marketing, advertising, public relations, digital media, project management, analytics, and reporting. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and/or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems and automation. Proficiency in project management and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Ability and means to travel to external appointments and events on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as appropriate.
