Work Arrangement: Onsite PSG is the global pump, metering and dispensing-solution expert, enabling the safe and efficient transfer of critical and valuable fluids that require optimal performance and reliability in applications where it matters most. PSG is part of the Pumps & Process Solutions segment of Dover Corporation. Position Summary: This is a hands-on marketing position responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies for assigned brand(s) that align with PSG’s objectives and goals. Marketing strategies and tactics will focus on improving customer experience, growing the business, and supporting other assigned business objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for key brands/products and communication strategies within select vertical markets to ensure alignment with our commercial strategies and brand standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Design, implement, and execute internal and external marketing communications plans for individual brands, including campaigns, advertising, public relations, events, sponsorships, tradeshows, and marketing materials. Develop plans and tactics for brands, product launches, lead generation, and follow-up reporting. Formulate, implement, measure, and adjust marketing campaigns and other tactics to achieve desired business results. Manage online presence for assigned brands and collaborate with others within the Dover Digital ecosystem to execute the online strategy. Work closely with Digital, Product Management, agency personnel, and others to develop, distribute, and manage content through the Content Management System (CMS). Manage all trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary marketing materials associated with assigned brands. Coordinate with PSG Product Managers on new product development and sustaining initiatives. Direct and create marketing assets aligned with brand standards and business development strategies. Collaborate with multi-disciplines to develop Go-To-Market Strategy, including some international locations. Collaborate with and direct the work of external marketing agencies and partners. Execute external and internal communications. Manage Marketing Budget, Content Calendar, and demonstrate the ROI of marketing programs. Domestic and international travel up to 20%. All other duties assigned. Qualifications / Requirements: Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing, and/or related fields. Experience in B2B Industrial Sales & Marketing, with specific experience in developing and managing the marketing communications strategy. Must be willing to travel and work within a global environment. Desired Characteristics: Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, CMS Platforms, and other online tools. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, including copywriting skills. Strong understanding of SEO and SEM. Channel management and marketing experience. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-sufficient and self-motivated. Strong team player with a commitment to win. Experience in managing an integrated B2B marketing and communications agency. Work Arrangement: Onsite Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $146,000.00 We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position.
