Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize and oversee social media contests and promotions to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
