Fawley Overhead Door is hiring: Marketing Coordinator in Portage

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our company’s marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility. In this role, you’ll assist the sales team with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. You will play a key role in developing and managing digital content, engaging customers, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising platforms.
2. Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, social media posts, reels, videos, and other branded collateral.
3. Collaborate with our third-party SEO partner to manage website content, optimize SEO, oversee mailing lists, and track analytics to ensure up-to-date and effective marketing strategies.
4. Maintain and update social media platforms, engage with followers, and foster community growth.
5. Analyze and report on website and social media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
6. Become proficient in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro to support business management and marketing automation.
7. Coordinate and oversee all graphic design projects to ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Qualifications:

1. College Degree, no prior marketing experience required.
2. Experience in video and photography editing for social media and digital campaigns.
3. Strong writing skills, including the ability to write scripts for promotional videos and marketing content.
4. Experience creating and managing digital content (social media posts, graphics, videos, email campaigns, etc.).
5. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
6. A portfolio of previous marketing content is required to demonstrate creative and strategic abilities.

Compensation:

$54,000 per year
