Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the overall marketing strategy and executing various marketing initiatives.

An overview of your responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

1. Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and trade show participation.
3. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including travel arrangements, materials, and on-site support.
4. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future campaigns.

Content Support

1. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and website content.
2. Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website and online brand presence.

Community Engagement & Social Media

1. Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
2. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer inquiries.
3. Participate in online industry forums and communities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers.

Administrative Support

1. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
2. Provide general administrative support to the Marketing department as needed.

What you'll need, among other things!

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience
2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communication role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
5. Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred
6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Passion for sustainability and a strong interest in the HVAC industry a plus
