Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to take our online presence—and our clients'—to the next level.

The Role

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the voice behind multiple brands, crafting compelling narratives and growing engaged communities. From teasing upcoming events to sharing behind-the-scenes content and real-time updates, you’ll ensure our clients’ audiences are always engaged and excited.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing and executing social media strategies for both our company and our clients, ensuring each brand’s unique identity is reflected
  • Creating high-quality, engaging content—including copy, visuals, and short-form videos—for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Showcasing event highlights through live coverage, Instagram Stories, and real-time engagement
  • Monitoring social media trends and incorporating them into content strategies to keep brands ahead of the curve
  • Engaging with online communities, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Analyzing performance metrics, reporting insights, and optimizing content based on data
  • Collaborating with clients, designers, and content creators to develop visually stunning and strategically aligned campaigns
  • Managing paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement (experience with paid ads is a plus)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional storytelling skills—you know how to craft engaging posts and captions that capture attention
  • A creative eye for visuals and an understanding of what works best on different platforms
  • Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and best practices for boosting engagement
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
  • A passion for events and live experiences—you love being part of the action and bringing moments to life online
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and love jumping on trending moments
