The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms. You'll help shape the voice of various brands, creating captivating content and driving engagement. From teasing upcoming events to sharing real-time highlights, your role will be crucial in keeping audiences excited and connected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for both our company and our clients, ensuring each brand’s unique voice and identity are reflected.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook—ranging from copy and visuals to short-form videos.
  • Provide live social media coverage of events, including real-time updates, Instagram Stories, and audience engagement.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies to keep brands at the forefront of digital conversations.
  • Foster meaningful engagement by interacting with online communities, responding to comments, and building relationships.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, report insights, and optimize strategies based on data to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and content creators to develop visually striking and strategically aligned campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement (experience with paid ads is a plus).

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft posts and captions that resonate and capture attention.
  • Strong creative skills, with an eye for visuals and a solid understanding of what works on different social platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and strategies for boosting engagement.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A passion for events and live experiences, with an enthusiasm for bringing moments to life online.
