Email Marketing Manager
Location: Local to Draper, Utah: Hybrid In-office 2+ days per week (the more the better)
Duration: 5 Months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: Up to $50/hour (DOE)
Planet Interactive's FinTech client has a HOT need for an Email Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, using marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo) for a 5 Month Hybrid position in Draper, Utah!
The ideal Email Marketing Manager will have a proven track record of building successful email marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with other teams to develop effective strategies, and executing campaigns flawlessly.
Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the campaigns team, to come up with effective email marketing strategies that support business goals such as email campaigns and nurturing programs.
- Create visually appealing and engaging Marketo email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Work closely with the creative team to design and implement email templates that align with our brand voice and messaging.
- Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure that campaigns are targeted and personalized to the right audience.
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and optimize email campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI.
- Track performance, measure outcomes and use that information to optimize and iterate.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure that our campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Maintain email compliance and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
Email Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful email campaigns, as well as involvement in the email design and/or coding of the emails.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of email compliance and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
Email Marketing Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Marketo marketing automation tool is highly preferred, including proficiency in building emails using Marketo modules, managing campaigns, and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus, including the ability to integrate email campaigns with Salesforce and create reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Experience with Figma graphic design tool, including the ability to collaborate with the creative team to design and implement email templates.
