About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and demand generation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from strategy to execution, and will lead a team that includes a Content Marketer and a Product Marketer. The primary mission is to deliver a predictable pipeline and revenue growth, with a focus on building, testing, and scaling demand generation programs. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with shaping the company's broader marketing strategy and positioning it for the next stage of growth. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in demand generation, buyer-driven insights, and a strong ability to collaborate with sales and product teams. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, and/or content, particularly within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a history of progressing into leadership roles and a demonstrated ability to meet lead, opportunity, or revenue KPIs. Key skills include demand generation expertise, leadership and team management, sales and product collaboration, and a data-driven, strategic approach.
