About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion. This role involves leading a field marketing team, designing and measuring lead generation campaigns, and ensuring that marketing efforts are in line with the company's brand and messaging. The VP of Marketing will also be a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, contributing to regional growth and market expansion. Essential duties include team leadership, demand generation, and pipeline management, as well as tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities. Candidates for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in B2B software or SaaS product marketing. The role requires a proven track record in leading marketing functions, particularly within the EMEA region, and expertise in various marketing disciplines, including demand generation, client acquisition, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and influencing skills, be adept at project and people management, and have a disciplined approach to data-driven marketing.
