About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing Strategy to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a robust marketing strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base. Your leadership will guide a dedicated field marketing team as you design, execute, and measure impactful lead generation campaigns that align with our brand messaging.

As a crucial member of the Leadership Team, you will drive regional growth and market penetration, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are data-driven and results-oriented. Key responsibilities include leading demand generation efforts, managing the marketing pipeline, and providing insightful analyses of campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications (Master's preferred) and bring at least 15 years of relevant experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing. You should have a proven record of successful marketing leadership, particularly in driving results within the EMEA region, and possess expertise across various marketing channels including demand generation and digital marketing.

We value strong leaders with excellent influencing abilities, adept at both project and people management. A data-driven mindset and a commitment to client success, teamwork, and excellence are vital. You will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment and be an effective collaborator with revenue-focused teams.
