What You’ll Do As EVP, Marketing , you’ll: Strategize & Lead: Design and execute marketing strategies and Demand Generation programs that align with business goals and drive revenue growth. Inspire & Manage: Lead a high-performing remote marketing and sales development team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability across locations. Innovate & Execute: Oversee digital marketing, brand development, PR campaigns, and analytics to ensure a strong and consistent market presence. Drive Product Success: Launch new products in the marketplace, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions, and ensure successful adoption. Collaborate & Adapt: Work cross-functionally with remote teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to deliver company-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For Experience: 7+ years in marketing leadership with a proven track record of success. Remote Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage fully remote teams effectively. Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and brand management. Product Marketing: Proven experience launching new products, preferably SaaS or technology-based solutions. Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire a team while driving results in a remote environment. Data-Driven Vision: Proficiency in analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
