About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in growth or acquisition marketing, with a strong emphasis on D2C eCommerce and retail expansion, especially in the supplement, nutrition, or CPG sectors. You will lead new product launches and strategic growth initiatives, concentrating on top-of-the-funnel activities to boost customer acquisition and retention across various digital platforms and potential retail channels.
As the Director of Growth Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, optimizing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Employing innovative tools such as influencer marketing to maximize ROI.
- Utilizing data-driven strategies to identify and scale high-performing channels.
We are seeking a highly data-driven individual with a strong creative vision, capable of blending analytics with imaginative campaign concepts. A proven history of successfully scaling digital campaigns and a robust understanding of the D2C eCommerce and retail landscape are essential. Experience in the supplement, nutrition, or CPG sectors is a definitive advantage.
