About the Job

The Marketing Strategist will serve as the key driver of digital marketing revenue and brand awareness for Catfaces merchandise operations. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can turn client objectives into powerful creative ideas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and editors to develop and execute effective campaigns. Performance is key. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of consumer behavior with strong project management skills to drive content creation, ad performance, and audience engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our target market.

What You'll Do

  • Creative campaign strategy: create original and groundbreaking strategic marketing campaigns and ad concepts to optimize sales and brand visibility for key product launches. Oversee the development of innovative and effective creative strategies that align with client goals and drive campaign success.
  • Brand messaging: Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and direction across all client campaigns to ensure alignment with the client's brand identity
  • Project management: Manage the creative process of campaigns from start to finish, providing feedback and direction to cross functional teams of graphic designers, editors, writers and more. Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables across teams, and provide instructions for usage and promotion. Maintain organization across all support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • Manage campaign schedule/ marketing calendar:Ensure that the Master Content Schedule (MCS) and Monday.com boards are up to date, organized, and accurately reflect the status of all campaign related projects
  • Trend research:Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for differentiation. Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare presentations by analyzing and summarizing data


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Creative Strategist or similar role
    • Senior level is a MUST
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing research and data analysis
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met appropriately
  • Proactive, independent, and maintains a tenacious work ethic
  • Experience with digital content creators is a plus!
  • Able to relocate to Austin, Texas within 60-90 days of offer
