  • Prepare and update project documents, including floor plans, design schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in on-site visits, taking measurements, photographing spaces, and documenting progress.
  • Role will have primary responsibility for maintaining the design library, including organizing samples, coordinating vendor visits and staying updated on industry trends. A key expectation of this role will be ensuring the design library is always organized and in a presentable condition.
  • Support the team with a wide range of tasks, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Think critically and problem-solve to address challenges that arise during the design process.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in interior design, administration, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and furnishings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
