POSITION SUMMARY:
The Brand & Influencer Partnerships Marketing Associate will play a key role in growing our brand through strategic influencer partnerships, both paid and gifting, as well as user-generated content (UGC) strategies. This role will focus on identifying and managing relationships with creators who align with our brand's values and aesthetic, ensuring the production of high-quality, on-brand content. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with social media teams to integrate influencer campaigns and UGC into broader social strategies, driving meaningful engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Additionally, the associate will collaborate with social media teams to integrate influencer campaigns and UGC into broader social strategies, driving meaningful engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, vet, and onboard influencers who align with brand identity and target audience.
- Independently negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation structures to optimize influencer collaborations while managing budget considerations.
- Create and distribute comprehensive creative briefs for influencer partnerships and gifting campaigns, clearly outlining expectations, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
- Guide influencers through the content creation process by setting clear timelines, creative direction, and brand-aligned expectations.
- Coordinate product shipments, managing inventory and delivery logistics to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and their management teams to foster loyalty and sustained collaboration
- Lead the execution of the brand's influencer affiliate program, recruiting and managing partnerships with bloggers and influencers.
- Organize and evaluate influencer-generated content, consolidating internal feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with paid and organic social media teams to integrate user-generated content (UGC) into broader marketing strategies.
- Create detailed monthly reports showcasing the impact of influencer and UGC campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute influencer participation in brand activations, measuring success through attendance, engagement, and overall impact.
- Analyze the success of brand activations by measuring KPIs such as influencer attendance, engagement, and overall ROI.
- Partner with PR, social media, and creative teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide support to the Director of Integrated Marketing and Digital Marketing Associate on various projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar role within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, especially LTK and ShopMy.
- Ability to run full cycle from sourcing to delivering final content.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing results.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Strong Understanding of Dash Social is a plus.
