Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Director with at least 7 years of expertise in digital marketing to lead the charge on strategic initiatives that enhance brand recognition, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This is not just a team management role – you’ll be deeply involved in the execution of marketing strategies, working across multiple channels and platforms. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company's marketing efforts, collaborating with product teams, sales, and leadership to ensure all strategies align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement comprehensive, innovative marketing strategies that drive global brand awareness and growth across multiple platforms.
- Brand Development: Lead the effort to position Anguleris’ brands as leaders in the construction tech space, utilizing targeted campaigns, messaging, and positioning strategies to strengthen our market presence.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand for our platforms through targeted business development marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and other innovative digital tactics.
- Hands-On Execution: In addition to leading a team, roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to digital marketing efforts, from content creation to performance analysis. You’ll set the tone for the team by being a “do-er” who ensures the work gets done at the highest level.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to optimize marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and market positioning through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms; a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while driving individual and collective accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industries.
- Advanced graphic design skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
