Research & Writing Attorney Position Overview: Multi-state, boutique firm specializing in complex civil litigation/insurance defense seeks a 2nd Chair Litigation Research & Writing attorney with substantive coverage experience. We are looking for an experienced Research and Writing Attorney with substantive appellate experience who has published work. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation and coverage experience and be highly skilled in research, writing, and giving oral arguments. Trial and coverage experience are added bonuses but not required. Qualifications: Juris doctorate. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas with stable work history. 2nd chair trial experience is preferred. All candidates must be able to adhere to the firm’s standard operating procedures designed to produce the highest quality work product for clients who demand excellence.
