Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our digital growth strategy primarily across Meta Ads, Shopify, and Amazon. This role requires a data-driven marketing leader who can scale revenue, optimize ad performance, and drive eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and full-funnel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize Meta Ads strategy to drive customer acquisition and ROAS. Oversee Shopify and Amazon growth, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high-converting product pages. Lead a performance-driven team across paid media, email, SEO, and influencer marketing. Develop and execute data-backed marketing strategies that increase traffic, retention, and revenue. Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and attribution modeling for efficient ad spend. Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align business goals. Qualifications 7+ years in digital marketing and eCommerce leadership roles. Expert in Meta Ads management, campaign scaling, and optimization. Strong Shopify and Amazon expertise, including PPC, SEO, and marketplace strategy. Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Analytics). Proven ability to scale eCommerce brands and lead high-performance teams.
