Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Job title: Marketing Project Manager Hourly Pay: $60/hr to $65/hr on W2 Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the marketing team in executing successful campaigns. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating asset collection, and ensuring projects stay on budget while collaborating with various teams to align campaigns with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on schedule. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect and organize campaign assets. Track campaign budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving. Facilitate communication across marketing, creative, and other key stakeholders. Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency in campaign execution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable and Salesforce). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
