What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage the continuous improvement of existing direct mail campaigns Work with executive leadership to maximize ROI on the direct mail budget Lead the production and deployment of current direct mail campaigns Analyze campaign results to inform future campaign strategies Manage relationships with key vendors in the production chain
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree 2-5 years of marketing experience Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Proven track record of lead generation campaigns that drive revenue
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with A/B or multivariate testing Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple segments Familiarity with Excel and eagerness to learn more about the tool Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools Interest in fostering education and helping students succeed
