Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $80,000/year Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Unlimited PTO, allowing for a healthy work-life balance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans Daily lunches and access to snacks & coffee Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage day-to-day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through various paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC Analyze performance across multiple channels to derive actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with the in-house creative team and creative agencies to execute effective campaigns Support the exploration of new marketing channels as the company diversifies its approach Participate in a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration within the marketing team What is Required (Qualifications): 1 to 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and optimizing campaigns towards ROAS Excellent communication skills across various platforms (Slack, email, phone) Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proficiency with SQL Strong initiative and self-starter attitude Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive tasks under pressure Willingness to engage in constructive feedback and collaboration
