The Vice President of Corporate Marketing will lead and oversee the strategic marketing initiatives to drive the company's growth and market presence. This executive role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, establishing strong brand positioning, and enhancing customer engagement. The VP of Corporate Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and success in achieving business objectives.

Is your background a match?
* MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer segments
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives and stakeholders
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
* Strengthen the company's brand presence by creating and maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels
* Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities
* Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including market entry strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials
* Develop and execute customer-centric marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention
* Oversee digital marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
* Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
