Job Description
What you will be doing:
Plan develop and execute impactful brandcentric content to drive longterm brand equity from wholesale partners (Retailers) and endconsumers (Real Brides). Develop and execute marketing strategies to support new product launches. Plan monthly promotional calendars and oversee email marketing and social media marketing campaigns. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for B2B and B2C channels. Execute marketing strategies for the flagship store to expand the brand drive awareness and increase customer traffic through digital marketing. Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Identify and implement strategies to elevate brand image within the luxury bridal market. Conceptualize plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for bridal collections including photoshoots digital advertising social media initiatives PR and events. Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Oversee the Casablanca Bridal website optimizing user experience and conversion rates. Develop and execute content marketing strategies for social media platforms. Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility for bridalrelated keywords. Identify and partner with key influencers within the bridal industry to promote Casablanca Bridal collections. Manage public relations activities to secure press coverage. Develop press releases and pitch stories to relevant media outlets. Collaborate with Authorized Retailers to develop local marketing plans and provide marketing materials. Conduct training sessions for retail sales teams to educate them on the latest Casablanca Bridal collections. Monitor industry trends competitor analysis and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies. Partner with sales and accounting to forecast annual budget and new product launches. Experience you will need:
45 years of marketing experience in both acquisition and retention preferably in fashion. Experience in building and driving 360 gotomarket campaigns. Indepth knowledge and experience in digital marketing and email marketing. Skilled in understanding data and using it to optimize marketing strategies. Experience managing and developing juniorlevel subordinates maximizing their productivity and success. Experience with Google Analytics Website Management SalesForce and NuORDER is a plus. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 3 years experience in marketing. Ability to multitask. Strong verbal written and organizational skills.
