Job Description
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target luxury resort buyers. Lead brand positioning messaging and storytelling to create compelling narratives for each development. Oversee the design production and distribution of marketing materials including brochures digital content videos and other promotional tools. Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving property sales and increasing customer engagement. Manage digital marketing efforts including website SEO SEM social media and email campaigns to optimize lead generation. Build and maintain partnerships with luxury brands influencers and media outlets to increase brand awareness and credibility. Analyze market trends competitor strategies and customer insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities. Manage marketing budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI. Organize and execute highprofile events. Oversee public relations efforts to position the company as a leader in luxury resort real estate. Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in luxury real estate or resort development. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Experience working with highnetworth individuals and an understanding of the second home resort lifestyle market. Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and CRM tools. Creative thinker with a passion for luxury real estate and a deep understanding of market trends. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
