• Design/Sales Start to Finish with New and Existing Clients
• Design Support (Base Plans, Renders, Construction Drawings & Permitting)
• Consistently achieve and maintain sales and proposal activity at agreed upon Standards and Goals.
• Starting at $55k - $95 per yr depending on education and experience

Requirements

• Proven record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentage area, circumference, volume and cost mark-up or bid mark-up.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical skills and strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to build long term relationships
• Great attitude and passion for success

Summary

As a Landscape Designer/Sales professional, you will be instrumental in creating innovative outdoor spaces while driving sales through effective client engagement. Reporting to the President, your core skills in landscaping, hardscaping, pools, project management, and CAD drafting will be essential in developing designs that meet client needs. Your premium skills in software such as AutoCAD, Structure Studios, Sketchup, combined with strong analysis and communication abilities, will enhance project delivery. Additionally, your knowledge of sustainable design and landscape maintenance will ensure that projects are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
