Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced UI Developers with expertise in React and Redux for a long-term contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in UI development, specifically in the context of investment banking applications. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence two days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for investment banking applications using React and Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and back-end developers.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance across various platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues and perform code reviews.
• Maintain and improve application performance and usability.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Senior-Level Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in UI development.
• Extensive experience with React, Redux, and front-end technologies.
• Strong background in investment banking or financial services applications.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor mid-level developers while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mid-Level Requirements:

• Less than 10 years of experience in UI development.
• Proficiency in React and Redux.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with investment banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information:

• This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• Local candidates are preferred.
• Long-term contract with the potential for extension.
