We need more than a service advisor; we need an expert in the art and science of customer service-someone who is equally as comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between our customers and our service techs. We are an upbeat and high-speed group with great customers in a great area and even better facility. We prefer at least 2 years experience as a service advisor or service manager in the industry. A working knowledge of Mitchell1 POS system is a plus, as is some technical automotive knowledge. Family owned and operated business.

Job Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Scheduling jobs
-Calling customers to advise work needed & give status updates
-Using Mitchell1 to create estimates & repair orders (We will train you!)
-Sales skills
-Help manage workflow with shop foreman
-Candidate must have great communication skills as well as great customer relation skills
-Keeping the office organized & clean
Communication Skills Include:
-Demonstration of proper telephone skills, identify and document customer concern(s)/request(s)
- Parts Ordering
-Provide & explain estimates
-Identify & prioritize vehicle needs
-Communicate the value of related & additional sales through explaining product/services benefits
-Overcome objections
