Job Title: Corporate Relations Marketing Communication Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Department: Marketing, Communications and Corporate Relations
Reports To: Senior Director of Marketing, Communications and Corporate Relations

Position Summary:
The Corporate Relations Marketing Communication Coordinator will provide essential operational support for corporate relations initiatives, focusing on communications, marketing, and sponsorship coordination. This role will assist in managing corporate partner communications, supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating sponsor-related activities, and maintaining accurate records in the corporate database. The role offers a hybrid working environment, with two days in-office and three days remote, ensuring flexibility while supporting collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Partner Communications:
• Assist in preparing and distributing communications for corporate partners, including sponsorship updates, newsletters, and event-related information.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create co-branded promotional materials for corporate partners.
• Maintain regular communication with sponsors to keep them informed about upcoming opportunities and key initiatives.

2. Marketing Support:
• Assist in developing marketing materials and assets for corporate partnerships and sponsorships, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote corporate engagement through email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials are aligned with AANS branding and messaging.

3. Sponsorship Coordination:
• Support the execution of sponsorship agreements for key events, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Assist with on-site sponsor activities during events, coordinating logistics and addressing sponsor needs.
• Act as a point of contact for sponsors during events and provide support as needed.

4. Database and Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date records of corporate partners, sponsorships, and related communications in the corporate database.
• Generate reports on sponsor engagement and marketing performance for internal review.
• Track key metrics to measure the success of corporate relations initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the corporate relations, marketing, education, and events teams to ensure coordinated communication efforts.
• Support internal initiatives by gathering input from multiple teams and assisting in the development of cohesive communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or partnership coordination, preferably in health care, education, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional content.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and build positive relationships with corporate partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools, content management systems, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to support corporate events, with occasional travel or on-site presence required during major events.
