We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our message to life through creative and engaging visuals.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the church’s communication efforts by designing materials for worship services, events, and promotional needs. This role involves creating on-screen visuals, printed materials, and digital content that align with our mission and enhance the worship experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop graphics for sermon series, worship services, events, and ministry programs.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Worship & Arts, Ministry Support, and Pastoral Services, to create visual content that effectively communicates church messaging.
• Ensure all printed materials (handouts, flyers, publications) and digital assets are prepared and delivered on time for weekend services and events.
• Manage and coordinate outsourced printing for publications and other materials.
• Assist in print production, finishing, and quality control of printed pieces.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Familiarity with print production processes and digital media best practices.
