Graphic Designer
to join our team and bring our message to life through creative and engaging visuals. Position Summary The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the church's communication efforts by designing materials for worship services, events, and promotional needs. This role involves creating on-screen visuals, printed materials, and digital content that align with our mission and enhance the worship experience. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop graphics for sermon series, worship services, events, and ministry programs. Collaborate with various teams, including Worship & Arts, Ministry Support, and Pastoral Services, to create visual content that effectively communicates church messaging. Ensure all printed materials (handouts, flyers, publications) and digital assets are prepared and delivered on time for weekend services and events. Manage and coordinate outsourced printing for publications and other materials. Assist in print production, finishing, and quality control of printed pieces. Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual identity. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience
Associate's degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
