As the Collection Development Manager for the Springfield City Library system, you'll have a substantial budget to spend on books, digital materials, and so many other types of materials our residents are looking for. You'll have a team of selectors to help with this important work, and an in-house team of catalogers and copy catalogers to get the new items out the door and into eager patrons' hands (and earbuds).
