Role Description
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Robertshaw marketing team responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and creative individual with strong communication and project management skills. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management), and an external marketing agency to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Support
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management) to create and implement campaign elements (e.g., email campaigns, social media posts, website updates). Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads generated, social media engagement), and provide data-driven insights to the Marketing Manager for optimization. - Technical and Product Marketing
Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand the technical aspects of Robertshaw products and technology. Translate technical information into compelling marketing messages and materials. Create product-focused content, including product brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies. Support the development and execution of technical marketing campaigns targeted at engineers, installers, and other technical audiences. - Sales Tools Development
Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and requirements for effective selling. Develop sales tools and resources, such as presentations, product demonstrations, and sales collateral, to support the sales process. Ensure sales tools are up to date, accurate, and aligned with marketing messaging and branding. - Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, including advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. - Social Media Management
Manage and monitor Robertshaw's social media presence, including platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Create and curate relevant content, including posts, articles, images, videos, and infographics, to increase brand awareness and engagement. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with online communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing messages.
The salary range for this position is $74,100 to $81,900. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
