Job Purpose

To manage the creation, posting, and engagement of digital content across eCommerce, social media, and advertising platforms, ensuring consistent branding and optimized performance to drive customer engagement and sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and post banners and other graphic content on eCommerce and marketplace sites.
  • Design graphics for email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and post social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Create video and still ad creative for paid advertising placements.
  • Act as the voice of the brand on social media by interacting with followers, engaging with other brands, and identifying collaboration opportunities.
  • Relay customer service requests received via social media to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms.
  • Attend marketing team meetings and provide strategic input as well as take notes for next steps and action items.
  • Work in conjunction with each team to execute email campaigns, and track results.
  • Communicate directly with brand and marketing teams around the globe.
  • Manage any billing with brands and internal accounting processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a graphic design role for a consumer product brand or agency
  • Thorough understanding of vape and/or packaging industry preferred (will accept specific vape industry knowledge in-lieu of above).
  • Experience working with top social media platforms on behalf of a business (Meta Business Manager)
  • Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
  • Strong written communication skills for captions and brand voice alignment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Shopify).
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive in identifying engagement opportunities.
  • Able to self-start, self-manage and complete goals.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and multi-task.
  • Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of the organization.
