Job Description :

We seek a talented and detail-oriented Design System Designer specializing in brand theming and tokens to join our dynamic design team. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our multi-brand design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and product managers, to help establish and evolve design patterns, guidelines, and documentation.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation and maintenance of brand theming libraries across digital products in the multi-brand ecosystem.
2. Translate brand guidelines into design tokens that encapsulate core design properties such as colors, typography, spacing, iconography, motion and other stylistic choices to ensure consistency across products.
3. Ensure that the design system supports multiple brands and themes, providing flexibility for custom branding while maintaining design consistency.
4. Work with the UX writing team to help create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, including guidelines, usage documentation, and code references.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience working with design systems, component libraries, or pattern libraries.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must; basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design tokens and their implementation in design systems.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to translate brand identity into scalable and reusable design system components.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality reusable elements of the design system.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
