HireTalent is hiring: Design System Designer / Product Designer – UI and Prototy

Job Description:

We're looking for a creative and visually-driven Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for designing and building elegant experiences, from concept creation to detailed design specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of visual and motion design, including best practices for layout, hierarchy, typography, and illustration. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, iterate, and deliver design solutions that resonate with users and align with our brand goals.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and a deep understanding of e-commerce.
2. Design visually compelling user interfaces that adhere to and expand our evolving multibrand design system.
3. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver consistent, scalable design solutions.
4. Establish and maintain clear documentation and design guidelines to support consistency across teams.
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s creativity.

Qualifications:

1. 2-4 years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing visually engaging designs.
2. Proficiency in Figma is a must; additional experience with other design tools is a plus.
3. Experience with design systems-creating, maintaining, or working within them.
4. Experience with transitions, animation, motion design, and dynamic interactions.
5. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
