• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts.• Proficiency in Internal Communications, with the ability to coordinate and streamline communication within the organization.
• Experience in External Communication, facilitating effective communication between the company and external parties.
• Expertise in Corporate Communications, including the development and implementation of communication strategies to build the company's brand and reputation.
• Proven ability in Content Strategy, with the skill to create, manage, and update content across various platforms.
• Proficiency in devising and implementing Content Strategies, ensuring the content aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
