We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist, Sr in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal in our industry, where you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out projects from conception to successful completion. You will be a significant contributor in providing strategic communication support to our business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Leading projects from the initial concept stages through to successful completion within set timelines and budgets
• Developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with business objectives
• Utilizing research and analytics to drive planning and messaging, ensuring effective communication strategies
• Writing and developing messages, utilizing strong verbal, editing, and presentation skills
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and co-workers
• Conducting market research and analytics for strategic planning
• Balancing multiple tasks and maintaining high performance under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Following critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives
• Demonstrating a strong dedication to customer service, remaining adaptable to meet the demands of internal clients
• Displaying creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support business unit objectives and processes.• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.

• Knowledge of public relations and the ability to manage external communications.
• Proficiency in metric reporting, with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Experience in staffing, including recruitment and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Experience in creating effective advertisements for various platforms.
• Understanding of commission functions within a sales environment.
• Willingness to work onsite as required.
