Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Digital Marketing manager for one of our clients! This position is 100% remote contract opportunity.
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large client campaigns, managing social media and Google search campaigns, and coordinating with our third-party agency handling our display ads. You will also be tasked with analyzing multi-platform analytics to optimize campaigns and present findings to clients.
Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our programmatic advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DSPs, a proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage programmatic advertising strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create, launch, and monitor campaigns across various DSP platforms (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.).
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for improved ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver detailed post-campaign analysis to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with strategic objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising results.
Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overarching brand goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding campaign performance and recommendations.
Industry Research:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in programmatic advertising and digital marketing.
- Recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in DSP platforms like Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, measurement tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ad tech tools such as DMPs, SSPs, and tag management systems is a plus.
