Job Title: Director, Performance Marketing
Overview: Seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to drive growth and user acquisition for its mental healthcare platform. This leadership role involves overseeing multi-million-dollar marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and vendors to maximize marketing ROI.
- Optimize app store performance and create targeted campaigns for diverse audiences (teens, parents, government).
- Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee A/B testing, creative collaboration, and ensure accurate tracking/attribution using tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer.
- Manage significant budgets across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.

Qualifications:

- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in programmatic advertising, AOR management, and people management.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and CRM-based marketing attribution.
