Job Title: Director, Performance Marketing

Overview: Seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to drive growth and user acquisition for its mental healthcare platform. This leadership role involves overseeing multi-million-dollar marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and vendors to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Optimize app store performance and create targeted campaigns for diverse audiences (teens, parents, government).
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee A/B testing, creative collaboration, and ensure accurate tracking/attribution using tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer.
  • Manage significant budgets across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in DTC healthcare.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, OTT, programmatic platforms, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in programmatic advertising, AOR management, and people management.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and CRM-based marketing attribution.

  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and ROI management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability to changing trends and fast-paced environments.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ADA Specifications:

  • Ability to speak, listen, use computers/phones, and travel for meetings/conferences.
• Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in using Bing for marketing purposes is mandatory.
• Ability to manage and utilize Content Management System (CMS) effectively.
• Must be skilled in the use of CRM for customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Facebook Insights for analyzing customer interactions and data.
• Expertise in Google Ad creation and management is a must.
• Must possess hands-on experience in creating and managing advertisements.
• Proficient in data analysis using Analytics.
• Blogging skills for content creation and marketing are required.
• Must have a proven track record in increasing brand awareness.
• Experience in campaign planning and execution is essential.
