We are in search of a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team, located in Savannah, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining marketing strategies, transforming customer testimonials into compelling campaigns, and refining lead generation systems. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid office environment.


Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable processes that amplify grassroots momentum, effectively transforming word-of-mouth into significant opportunities.

• Utilize existing content such as testimonials, success stories, and research to create campaigns and tools that resonate with key decision makers.

• Work closely with leadership to refine MQL/SQL criteria and implement a lead scoring system to prioritize high-value leads.

• Create resources such as guides and toolkits to simplify and accelerate the sales process at the district level.

• Audit current marketing initiatives to identify immediate opportunities, taking action to increase SQL volume and drive conversions.

• Develop buyer profiles and leverage the company's most impactful assets to create focused campaigns that drive action and growth.

• Develop and maintain a centralized library of case studies and stories to support outreach and campaigns.

• Manage budgets and engage freelancers or agencies for content creation, social media, SEO, and website optimization.

• Collaborate with the success team to implement onboarding tools and engagement campaigns to enhance customer retention.

• The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field or role.

• Proficiency in Bing is essential for this role.

• The candidate should have a working knowledge of Content Management System (CMS).

• Experience with CRM is a requirement for this position.

• The candidate must be adept at using Facebook Insights.

• Proficiency in Google Ad is crucial for this role.

• The candidate should be able to effectively create and manage advertisements.

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of analytics.

• Experience in blogging will be advantageous for this role.

• The candidate should have a proven track record in enhancing brand awareness.

• A solid background in campaign planning is a requirement for this role.
