We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager in the luxury retail industry, based in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate with agencies, cross-departmentally as well as retail partners to develop and execute engaging content that resonates with our audience.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately orchestrate daily interactions across various social media platforms including a strong focus on content creation.

• Collaborate with agency partners to establish and manage our social media channels.

• Take the lead in the strategic direction of our organic social media initiatives, highlighting the impact of social media on business outcomes.

• Coordinate with our social media agency to ensure alignment with brand voice and timely execution of high-quality content.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships and manage influencer relationships to enhance brand presence.

• Oversee the logistics and schedules of property photoshoots with property teams, tenants, social media agencies, and photographers.

• Ensure that all content across social channels maintains a consistent quality and approach.

• Foster an engaging social media experience for colleagues, guests, and media by working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Develop, execute, and measure impactful social media programs that resonate with our audience.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Social Media Management role or similar.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing corporate social media accounts.

• Proven track record in creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

• Proficient in using social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and ability to adapt to changes.

• Experience in creating engaging social media content that aligns with brand identity.

• Excellent skills in content creation, including visuals and copywriting.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and software.

• Knowledge of Luxury Fashion or Food & Beverage is desirable.
