Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences or social events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, transportation, and catering.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure we exceed expectations.
- Oversee event setup and ensure smooth operations on the day of the event.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be a point of contact for event participants.
- Troubleshoot issues during events and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure quality service and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
