We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing marketing projects, and employing your knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and other marketing tools. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating marketing projects and events, ensuring effective and timely execution
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create compelling marketing materials
• Utilizing CRM for customer relationship management and maintaining accurate customer records
• Leveraging Facebook Insights and other tools for marketing analysis and campaign planning
• Ensuring legal compliance in all marketing activities across different states and regions
• Collaborating with vendors and distributors for product availability and event facilitation
• Assisting in category management processes and compiling data for reportable solutions
• Ensuring system accuracy in alignment with advertised pricing
• Developing brand awareness through various marketing strategies, including advertising and blogging
• Managing budget processes and ensuring financial efficiency in marketing campaigns.• Position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is essential
• Experience with CRM systems is necessary
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and social media advertisement strategies is expected
• Experience in blogging is a plus
• Ability to develop and increase brand awareness is required
• Knowledge of budget processes and financial planning is needed
• Experience in campaign planning and execution is crucial
