At Rocket Alumni Solutions, we build interactive recognition platforms that drive engagement for schools, clubs, nonprofits, and beyond. Our ARR has soared to $2.4M and we’re aiming for $5M by 2025. We are looking for a performance-focused Paid Advertising Specialist to help us expand our inbound pipeline through strategic, data-driven campaigns. Role Overview
As the Paid Advertising Specialist, you will manage and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to generate qualified leads. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop high-impact funnels and rigorously analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to drive demo bookings Conduct A/B testing for creative, audience targeting, and landing pages Track and report on key KPIs (CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates) Identify new advertising channels and growth opportunities Partner with Marketing for cohesive messaging and campaign consistency Requirements
3+ years
hands-on experience in PPC/paid digital marketing (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) Demonstrable success scaling campaigns on tight budgets Ability to interpret data to continually improve performance Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment To Apply
