Senior Manager, Marketing & Promotions,
to shape and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role plays a crucial part in developing go-to-market strategies, managing menu promotions, and overseeing the brand marketing calendar to ensure a seamless, data-driven approach to marketing execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership:
Work closely with the EVP of Marketing to define short- and long-term brand and menu strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-functional teams. Brand Marketing Calendar:
Oversee national, regional, and local promotions from concept through execution, ensuring integration across all channels. Menu Strategy & Development:
Lead strategic menu planning, product recommendations, and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment on tests, deletions, and national product launches. Consumer & Market Insights:
Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to refine marketing approaches and innovation strategies. Innovation Pipeline Management:
Partner with Culinary, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to evaluate and commercialize new product initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Drive coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Insights teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional strategies. Performance Analysis:
Assess the effectiveness of promotions and menu performance across digital and in-restaurant channels to optimize marketing impact. Leadership & Team Development:
Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering professional growth and high-performance execution. QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the restaurant industry, fast-fine, or QSR sectors. Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies with a keen understanding of commercialization processes and campaign execution. Project Management & Execution:
Proven ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint proficiency, with the ability to lead and influence teams. Industry Expertise:
Understanding of restaurant marketing, menu strategy, consumer behavior, and promotional trends within the fast-fine and full-service dining space. Leadership:
Experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members with a growth-oriented mindset. Passion for Food & Brand Growth:
A deep enthusiasm for food, innovation, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Travel Requirement:
