We’re looking for a strong Marketing leader who has a positive, entrepreneurial spirit who understands the power of working collaboratively while being a strong voice and champion of the Marketing field.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability of the Marketing Team
- Achieving Sales / Revenue Targets
- Acquiring Quality New Customers Efficiently
- Retaining Existing High Value Clients
- Championing the Brand Identity & Increasing Brand Awareness
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketing professional with 10+ years of expertise leading strategy across brand & digital marketing channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership, Management, Accountability:
- Lead, train, and develop a best-in-class, high-performing team of performance marketers; establishing clearly defined goals that align with company objectives.
- Manage cross-functional partnership with leaders of Ops, Client Services, Finance, and Store teams.
- Accountable for the following team members: Lead Visual Designer, Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Agency, Social Media Intern.
- Platforms to know: Asana, Slack
Sales / Revenue:
- Develop & drive innovative sales strategies to meet revenue targets with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation with new growth tactics, technologies, and channels.
- Platforms to know: Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau.
Acquisition Marketing:
- Oversee all paid media investments for the brand; scale and optimize investment, focusing on acquiring new customers effectively (LTV/CAC) and efficiently (ROAS).
- Build, monitor, and own paid media KPI reporting on projected & actual spend and ROAS on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships (events, PR, influencers) to increase brand awareness, increase lead acquisition, and/or drive revenue.
- Oversee brief and content development with Brand & Digital Marketing Manager & Lead Visual Designer to optimize ad performance and drive brand awareness.
- Platforms to know: Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, X.
Retention Marketing:
- Oversee a coordinated retention marketing strategy to grow our high value client base, increase brand loyalty and improve client LTV.
- Identify opportunities based on business KPIs & objectives and quickly implement strategies to fuel results; including but not limited to enhancements to Site/App, Email, SMS, In-App Messages, Clienteling, and Membership.
- Lead CRM strategies to support new store, product, and/or service launches.
- Develop and implement multi-channel behavioral programs targeting the full customer lifecycle; including but not limited to: customer onboarding, referral, repeat purchase, win back, and more.
- Identify and implement strategies to acquire and scale 1st Party data – acting as the business owner of the CRM database and implementing processes to track and share progress on data collection and insights from 1P data.
- Platforms to know: Klaviyo, Zenoti.
Brand Identity & Awareness:
- Own the overarching brand strategy; including audience insights, segmentation, and market positioning.
- Ensure the consistency of the brand vision across all channels and touchpoints so it is felt throughout all aspects of the client journey both in-store and online.
- Oversee the web & social content creation process; ensuring that the team is creating engaging, inspiring, and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
- Maintain strong marketing relationships with all co-located properties like Brookfield Place, Equinox Hotel, Wynn Las Vegas, and Fontainebleau Las Vegas; ensuring ongoing partnership integration with updated brand assets to grow on-property brand awareness and revenue.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to continuously refine the marketing strategy.
- Platforms to know: Shopify, Wordpress, Meta, TikTok, Planoly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a passion for health & wellness! The right candidate has a positive attitude and people-first perspective who is a reliable & growth-minded leader and an effective communicator who is ultimately excited to deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven 10+ years Marketing experience with 5+ years experience as Head of Marketing or a similar leadership role.
- Experience includes at least 3+ separate brands.
- Strong understanding of brand (Events, PR, Influencers, OOH, On-Property Signage) and digital (Web / eCommerce, Organic Search / SEO, Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Email, SMS) marketing channels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics software & tools.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
