POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Media will lead MilkMoney’s media strategy, client relations, planning, and yield management. As a hands-on leader, this role will drive business growth by developing strategic media plans, delivering innovative campaign solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving measurable results in OOH media.

Sales and Marketing will play a critical role in driving growth, elevating our brand presence, and securing high-quality leads. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of sales initiatives that fuel revenue and build lasting client relationships. This position is for a passionate, results-driven leader with a deep understanding of OOH advertising and the ability to inspire, motivate, and build dynamic sales teams that deliver measurable success. Sales: Focused on hunting for new business, converting them into qualified leads, growing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. Marketing: Responsible for storytelling, content creation, and crafting compelling marketing strategies that foster client engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES Sales (New Business Acquisition & Client Relationship Management) Source, qualify, and convert new business leads to drive revenue growth. Pitch new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to attract and secure clients. Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement. Manage accounts from initial contact through execution, ensuring a seamless client experience and identifying opportunities for additional services or upselling. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand MilkMoney’s client base and increase market share. Utilize outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a pipeline of high-quality leads. Track and optimize the sales process through Hubspot to improve efficiency and conversion rates, regularly reporting on progress to the CEO.

Marketing (Client Retention and Brand Storytelling) Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that focuses on building MilkMoney’s brand presence and keeping clients engaged. Develop marketing materials such as decks, case studies, email campaigns, and newsletters that communicate MilkMoney’s value proposition and success stories. Lead content creation for social media, ensuring consistency and creativity in all messaging to engage clients and prospects. Manage drip campaigns, email marketing, and other client retention tactics to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Represent MilkMoney at industry events, establishing valuable connections and raising the company’s profile.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 4+ years in senior leadership and 6+ years experience at a media buying agency or media publisher. Must have deep expertise in the entire OOH media landscape and a proven track record of buying media across the top 15 DMAs. Proven experience in hunting for new business and converting leads into clients. Expertise in creating compelling marketing content, including case studies, email campaigns, and social media strategies. Strong communication skills with a talent for storytelling and crafting persuasive marketing messaging. Ability to track and analyze performance metrics for both sales and marketing, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results. A visionary leader who can motivate a sales team, foster client relationships, and elevate the brand’s presence in the marketplace. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A passion for OOH advertising and a deep understanding of its role in modern marketing strategies.
