We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to drive brand engagement and digital strategy across multiple channels. This role will manage the foundation’s website, social media, and creative content production while ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. The Digital Media Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute digital engagement strategies that elevate the foundation’s programs, initiatives, and The Kavli Prize. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic digital professional with experience in content creation, brand management, and audience engagement.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies, oversee the production of graphics, interactive media, and videos for social media, websites, and digital/print advertising.
- Lead website management efforts, including improvements, content integration, domain registry oversight, and hosting services.
- Create original content—including news stories, social posts, videos, and graphics—to drive audience engagement.
- Manage a team of writers, ensuring high-quality, compelling content across digital platforms.
- Establish and track digital communication metrics to assess success and refine strategies.
- Maintain and evolve the foundation’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital and print materials.
- Support meetings and special events by designing collateral, including websites, printed materials, branded products, and signage.
- Manage the budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Review contracts and agreements related to digital media efforts.
