What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Research, write, design, and produce engaging multimedia content across various platforms including print, video, digital, and social media Manage communications activities to promote and enhance the organization's reputation among internal and external audiences Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute an integrated editorial calendar Oversee the writing, editing, and approval of various communications materials including event scripts, press releases, and marketing plans Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of communications in advancing business priorities and engaging stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, content management, digital marketing, or public relations, or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Strong understanding of content differentiation across platforms for optimal audience engagement Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams globally Creative problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of connecting communication strategies to business objectives Technical design skills, including graphic design and video editing Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to recommend new program ideas and improvements
